Three simple steps.
Follow these simple steps for a quick start.
Connect.1. Agree how you want to connect and ensure consent. If you connect with bigger groups, there are strict data privacy rules depending on the country you operate in. Compliance is a must.
2. Select the collaboration tool. I personally liked connectivity, global compliance with data protection law and intuitive handling of ZOOM. 3. Send meeting logistics to your participants. |
Structure. There are tons of tools and tips available online to support you. Virtual learning follows the same rules as any other:
- set a goal (start with the end in mind) - set milestones and make a plan - define social collaboration (agree on how and when you will communicate), method and media that you want to use - keep it simple - share material, links etc. with participants. |
Share.Sharing and exchanging is key. Mankind is not wired for isolation.
Meeting regularly will help you hone any skill or product and get better. Evaluating progress along the way helps to stay on track and deliver the expected results. I personally like to just share slides on my screen for illustration to keep things simple. |
